Shipping Policy

Solvi Salon is primarily an in-person salon located at 104 S Capitol Blvd, Suite 200, Downtown Boise, Idaho 83702. Most of our services and retail products are available in the salon during your appointment.

In-Salon Pickup

If you order products through our website, you can pick them up at the salon during business hours. We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays are available by appointment. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

We may offer local delivery within the Boise metro area for retail product orders. Delivery availability and fees depend on your location. Please contact us at (208) 608-4734 or solvisalon@solvisalon.com to ask about local delivery options.

Shipping

If we offer shipping for retail products, orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping within Idaho typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase. No physical shipping is required.
